At the head of Lake Bohinj and next to the famous stone bridge sits the Church of St. John the Baptist, the most prominent church in Bohinj that is over 700 years old. The church is one of the most beautiful examples of the Middle Age architecture and fresco painting in Slovenia. I didnt get the weather I was looking for here, but I can not wait to get back here on my Slovenian Photogrpahy Tour in September 2017.
